CLEANING COST

From A$160 with A$30 per additional person.

10am unless prearranged differently with owner.

 

ARRIVAL

Our manager or owner will greet you at an agreed arrival time.    

We request that you advise us of your flight details (so we can check delays online) and call us when you have landed in Sydney before taking transport to the apartment in order that time of meeting is coordinated.

If you need to make long distance or overseas calls you can purchase prepaid calling cards which you can use at any phone in Australia.

CANCELLATIONS

Christmas/New Year Period - December 1st to January 30th.
Because of the unique location of the apartment overlooking Sydney Harbor with all the festivities/fireworks that Sydney has to offer for the Christmas and New Year period, we require the full balance 45 days prior to arrival. We cannot offer refunds after this time.
 If in doubt, we recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover this particular period.    

All Other Time Periods.
If you need to cancel and we can re-let your reservation period then all money received will be refunded.   If we cannot re-let your reservation period then the deposit will not be refunded. 

 

PAYMENT DETAILS - PLEASE ADVISE AT TIME OF BOOKING WHICH PAYMENT METHOD YOU INTEND USING

Telegraphic (or online) Transfer to our Bank in Australia or  U.S.A
If you do not have a US Bank account, or you are close to your departure date, you can make a telegraphic payment of the rental/deposit amount from your bank (or your computer) to our bank in Australia.      

Internet Payment Services
If you are close to your departure date, you can use PayPal.   You will incur transfer fees using these services, but they are reasonable considering the service they provide (http://www.paypal.com for example charges 2.9% +30c for domestic US transfers and 3.9% +30c for international transfers).   We are registered with these services.   Please advise us if you wish to use them - we've found it's a much easier process if we activate them to request the funds from you.
